Create DME orders based off diagnostic codes from patient visits and ship directly to patients or to your office quickly and easily. Our software uses the latest industry standard ICD-10 format for diagnostic codes. However, we have a simple conversion tool to translate ICD-9 to ICD-10 for those not yet familiar with ICD-10.

Our DME Software handles all medical insurance billing. Automatically apply HCPCS Codes to your DME product orders with our DME Software, and our software will handle the insurance billing for the order.

All patient records and patient visits are saved in your DME Software for quick and easy reference. Add multiple insurance policies to a patient record to further simplify the billing process for them. Our DME Software is fully HIPAA Compliant, so your patient information and account data are fully secured to the strict standards of the medical community.

Inventory management is very easy with our DME Software as well. Automatically order more inventory based off what you currently have in stock, manually order more inventory, or have everything drop shipped by us directly to your patients or your office. Saved payment methods for your account make ordering new inventory just a few simple clicks. Accounts can have multiple payment methods on file and restrict those payment methods to practice locations and/or providers, simplifying the financial management of your inventory orders.
